Local Group Events
IAM RoadSmart local groups are at the heart of what we do. Run by our network of dedicated volunteers, they host a number of independent events throughout the year that are open to non-members and members alike.
Below is a selection of events coming up, but you can always contact your local group to see what events they have planned.

Chivenor Commandos Skills Session

The DAM team of observers will set up the runway at Chivenor base with a number of stations for 25 to 30 army riders. The objective is to enhance the riding skills of all attending. A gymkhana course, and a two lane emergency braking area which were both thoroughly tried and tested. Plus a number of other slow riding skills stations will be set up. The event will be videoed and appropriate footage will be used on DAM social media. 13 Observers from DAM will running the course.
