More informationFrom September, up until March, 12 associates took their advanced test- 4 achieved passes and eight more got F1RSTs- that’s 66% of our associates gaining the highest level possible in that period. Remember too it wasn’t the best of winter weather either! To date, since ‘life restarted’, we have had 4 further passes, and one additional F1RST. In addition, Tim, our training co-ordinator, passed his Masters reassessment with a distinction with a 1 in all areas.
