Help spread the word... 'making Cornish riders safer'
Free assessed rides.
We offer a couple of hours of riding experience with one of our highly qualified riding instructors. Your instructor will demonstrate good techniques, give encouragement and advice on changes you can make to bring added safety and enjoyment to your rides and show you great Cornish roads. We will even treat you to tea and cake!
After which do not be surprised if you go away wanting more.
How does it work?
The taster lasts a couple of hours and is a relaxed and enjoyable experience with the opportunity to ask questions.
The offer is open to everyone, providing you have a full licence and your own motorcycle. You will gain new ideas and skills, plus get a feel for whether the full course (IAMRS Advanced Riding Course) is right for you.
Enquire now by using the 'contact us' tab above.
Remember- you can book a FREE rider assessment too- see what we do and get feedback on your riding. Use the contact us tab above or click here

Cornwall Advanced Motorcyclists (CAM) was founded in 2001 when the local IAM motorcycle section was formed as a sub group running alongside the Cornish IAM car group. CAM is now an independent group and charity in its own right having completely split from the car group in 2005 and remains affiliated to IAM RoadSmart.
CAM’s key objectives are to give guidance and support to prospective advanced riders who wish to take the IAM RoadSmart Advanced Riding Test having enrolled for the IAM RoadSmart Skills for Life course and to encourage the development of our existing members to promote road safety and maintain their IAM RoadSmart membership.
It is also CAM’s aim to organise social and training events for full and associate members that will enable them to ride with others who value safety and courtesy and that they will enjoy as members of an active and successful motorcycle club.
Our volunteer Observers provide the coaching and support to our members and share a common passion for motorcycling and the desire to share their knowledge and promote road safety.
