National Observer Qualification for PJ

York Advanced Motorcyclists welcomed a new member to its National Observer ranks today when PJ passed his National Observer test. Paranjit Bhara, PJ to his many friends, is a popular figure in the YAM community and has been an active Local Observer and a regular supporter of the Team 5 social rides since passing his advanced motorcycle test. PJ is is also a member of the local Blood Bikes team and gives his time to help others with this very worthwhile cause.
