Team5 End of Term Meeting, 28th December 2017

First I'd like to thank all of those who came to the meeting and those who contributed to other conversations about the ride organisation we discussed at the meeting.

 

The minutes of the meeting as taken by Chris are in the Team5 Document Store - many thanks for penning them mon ami.

 

At the YAM Committee Meeting last Saturday 11th November the contents of our meeting were reported and the Committee members voted to approve the proposal and the next bit of work namely to work out how it may be done and under what circumstances.

 

Andy Smith, Chris Otter and Graham West have all volunteered their services to set up a 'working group' for this and in general to anticipate what other challenges there may for T5 that we need consider going forward.
