Yorks Advanced Motorcyclists (YAM) is please to announce its first observer qualification success of the new biking season. Shane Massey, who is a long-standing member of the club and a well-respected Local Observer, has this week passed his National Observer qualification. Group Secretary Steve Duree was the first to congratulate Shane on his success, and chief Observer Mick Elsworth added his endorsement to welcome Shane to the National Observer ranks.
