Masters pass with Distinction for Jim Dumbell

Many congratulations to Jim Dumbell who has been a member of YAM for many years, an observer for over 10 years, a qualified National Observer for 3 years and is has now passed his Masters test with distinction. Jim has also served on the YAM committee for many years and is one of the stalwarts of the club who gives his time freely for the benefit of our Associates and the promotion of safer motorcycling.
