Ride Organisation and Reporting

On this page are three forms. The first is for use if you would like to organise a ride. Just fill in the fields which are self-explanatory. The third is for ride organisers to edit ride start points or descriptions in case there is a change that needs to be included. 

The third form is to enable you to submit a ride report from a ride you have been on, whether or not you organised it. Note that if you have the access and capability to post a ride report directly to the website then you should continue to do so. The form included on this page is for those people who do not have such access and knowledge. 

When you have finished filling in any of the forms, click the Submit button.

If you organise a ride you will automatically be added to the list of registrations for that ride. If, having registered, you find you can't make a ride use the removal form to remove yourself. To see who has registered for a ride you have organised, visit the registrations page. 

Any new rides that are added will also be added to the Team5 calendar and emailed to all Team 5 members.
