Another one!

Another one-- Congratulations to Joe Shelverton who passed his advanced rider course this week. Well done to Malcolm his observer too. Another very good one, it is said.

This was a pass by portfolio where  written evidence is submitted after assessed rides and a check ride and report by a local observer assessor as we call it.
