CSAM Easter

Posted on 13/04/20 |

As this Easter weekend draws to a close, I do hope you all managed to enjoy a little of the remarkable weather; how sadly ironic it is that the first good Bank Holiday weekend we have in a long time we all have to stay at home. Our garden has never looked so good.

We find ourselves in uncharted territory entering the fourth week under these lock-down conditions. I am encouraged by the community spirit shown in our corner of West Sussex, with people helping one another. I volunteered as an NHS Transport Volunteer, though despite being “on call” all weekend, am yet to drive for them.

Now is the perfect time to catch up on all those things that we never find the time for – when was the last time you read the Highway Code, or for those that have recently passed, reread your Associate Logbook?

Since taking the Chair role at CSAM, it has been my intention to write a more regular blog on aspects of advanced driving, to be published on our website – please look here.

If there are any questions for myself or the Committee, please don’t hesitate to get in contact – our e-mail addresses are all on the About Us – Our committee page.

Stay healthy, stay safe,

David.
