Refresher Drive for Worcestershire Group Members

Last year we had fourteen of our members complete a refresher run. They found this helped improve or confirm their standard of driving was up to the IAM standard.  This is something our group is offering to all of our members; a chance to assess your driving skills with a friendly observer who will offer advice or additional training if you want it.

This is also ideal if you have had a layoff from driving because you’ve been unwell or you have lost a little confidence. Whatever the reason our observers are there to help you.

You can book a refresher run anytime this year.  You can even book your run now but wait until the weather improves before actually completing your drive!  It’s worth remembering that this assessment does not affect your IAM status.  Our members have traditionally completed a Refresher Run every 2 to 4 years. If you have not completed one for many years then maybe this year is your opportunity.
