The September members' evening made a change from the usual format of talks or demonstrations at Hatch Beauchamp village hall. We visited Howard's dealership in Taunton, giving members an opportunity to explore EV cars. There were EV cars from Citroen, Peugeot and Hyundai for us to crawl all over.
Three of Howard's sales team, one from each 'manufacturer', were on hand to answer questions and then give us a short but informative talk on the evolution and future of the EV. 
They went on to answer more questions; it showed how much of interest this was to members, as the discussion went on well past the intended finishing time.
Thanks to the Howard's team for their time and effort in putting on the event and also to a couple of Exeter & Torbay Advanced Motorists members who came up specially for the event.
