Congratulations to a member from the extremes of our region

Congratulations to Roger Newton, who passed his Advanced Driving Test a while ago. Roger's examiner was Mark Box, who carries out tests for the IAM in the Barnstable area.
Mark was helped towards this great achievement by his observer, Delphine West-King, pictured presenting Mark with his certificate. Delphine is our most westerly observer, covering a huge, if sparsely populated, area of North Devon.
