Congratulations to Garry Maddocks, Mark Hemans and Andrew Farrimond for passing the National Observer Test this morning. Garry and Mark had our new Area Service Delivery Manager (Area 6) Neil Rowley and Andrew had Examiner Andrew Bloomer.
