Observer of the Year 2018 - Mark Farnworth
Congratulations to Mark Farnworth for winning the SHGAMs Observer of the Year Competition, judged by Oliver Fullerton. The cup was presented to Mark by the Deputy Mayor, Councillor Janet Johnson at the Group's AGM on Thu 7th June.
