The committee have reviewed the possibility of re-starting observed face-to-face runs with associates now that the COVID-19 restrictions are being relaxed for some activities.
We have carefully studied government guidance, the latest scientific information and information from a number of other reliable sources. Although we are anxious to restart the observed runs as soon as possible, we feel that the risks to observers and associates of COVID-19 transmission during observed runs are currently still too high to safely re-start.
However we are conscious that associates may want to be able to continue to develop their advanced driving skills while waiting for the re-start of the observed runs. Our observers will be contacting their associates to see if they can share resources and guidance which might help you during this time.
The committee and observers will meet again on August 6th to review the situation. We will resume as soon as we feel it is safe to do so.
