Nigel Millward, a traffic officer, will give a talk about service operations. We might get a demonstration of one of their operational vehicles in the car park at St.Barts. Note this talk is restricted to their operational duties only and precludes any discussions about any perceived "troublesome roads" within our vicinity, for which understandably they do not wish to comment.
