Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We are following advice from the government and IAM RoadSmart during this period and have taken the decision that:

• All Advanced Driver Courses and any other observed drives will be postponed, with immediate effect.
• Advanced Driving tests are postponed.
• All upcoming members meetings including our AGM are cancelled at this time.
• All external recruitment presentations are postponed.

If you are currently undertaking an Advanced Driver Course, your observer will keep in touch with you throughout this period and we will share a regular driving hints and tips bulletin to help you continue your development until such time observed drives can resume. As always, we would encourage you to regularly review your Advanced Course Handbook and your observer's feedback so far. The handbook can also be accessed online. We look forward to seeing you again and resuming your course when advice allows - at this time we will provide as much support as you need to complete the course. Memberships will be extended to cover this period as is necessary.
